Who handles your data
PubOps operates this PubOps service. Newsletter publishers using the service control their subscriber lists and content; the service processes that information to provide publishing, delivery, billing, and audience operations.
Information we process
We process account details, subscriber email addresses and preferences, consent records, newsletter content, delivery events, billing references, support messages, security logs, and usage information needed to operate and protect the service. Payment-card data is handled by the configured payment provider and is not stored by PubOps.
Why we process it
We use information to provide requested subscriptions and product features, deliver and measure issues, prevent abuse, maintain security, support operators and subscribers, meet legal obligations, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with configured service providers such as email delivery, hosting, monitoring, and payment processors, or when required by law. Data is retained while an account or subscription is active and then for the minimum period required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Your choices
Every newsletter email must provide an unsubscribe method. You may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction by contacting ribhusingh.sinh@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where the law requires it or where necessary to document consent and suppression.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encryption in transit, limited credential access, backups, and operational monitoring. Configured providers may process information in other countries under their applicable safeguards.
