Terms of service
Effective July 10, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern access to the PubOps service operated by PubOps. By creating an operator account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice.
Your responsibilities
You must have lawful permission to store and contact subscribers, honor consent and suppression requests, protect account credentials, review content before dispatch, and comply with applicable email, advertising, privacy, and consumer-protection laws. You may not use the service for abuse, deception, malware, unlawful tracking, or unsolicited bulk email.
Service and third parties
PubOps coordinates publishing, delivery, automation, and billing through providers you configure. Provider availability, delivery, and payment processing remain subject to those providers’ terms. You are responsible for verifying recipient selection and final content before a live send.
Fees and cancellation
Paid plans renew for the selected billing interval until canceled. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated during checkout. Access may continue through the paid period after cancellation.
Content and data
You retain ownership of your content and subscriber data. You grant the service the limited rights needed to host, process, compile, deliver, back up, and secure that information. You are responsible for maintaining independent exports appropriate to your needs.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery or inbox placement. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding twelve months.
